Welcome to Mediterranean Curls! I am so excited you are here. I'm Alexis, a curl and scalp specialist who is passionate about helping people embrace their natural beauty.

As a curly girl myself, I know the challenges we face trying to navigate the curly hair journey blindly. The frustration with products that don't work, stylists who don't understand curls, all the overwhelming misinformation and the constant pressure to conform to the straight-haired beauty standards. Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their natural texture, unsure how to care for it, or struggling with scalp issues that impact their curl health.

I've been in the industry since 2016 and have never been more in love with my clients or my craft. Specializing in curly hair and scalp care has given me more purpose behind the chair that I could never have imagined possible. I've worked with every curl type and texture and always get inspired by each individuals unique curl patterns. Making it incredibly rewarding to help guide each client to feel confident and connected to their natural hair.

My approach combines expert techniques, quality products, scalp health focus, and a deep respect for the individuality of your unique curls. When I'm not in the salon, I enjoy curling up with a good book, working on myself at the gym, and trying new recipes. I am always exploring new techniques and staying up to date with the latest trends in curly hair and scalp care. Continuing my education keeps me inspired and ensures I can provide you with the best, most innovative solutions for your curls and scalp. On most weekends, I enjoy quality time with my amazing husband, whether we are going out for a date night or staying in to binge watch our latest TV show.
