At Mediterranean Curls, we value your time and aim to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies:​​

Cancelling/Rescheduling an Appointment: We understand that life happens, so we kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer your spot to other clients who may be waiting.

No-Shows: No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to get back onto the schedule. May also result in the inability to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to charge a late arrival fee or reschedule to ensure all clients receive the proper care they deserve in a timely matter.

Refund: Upon the completion of your service, we cannot assign any refunds. If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Extra Love Add-On: If not booked and extra care is required, a HIGHER RATE OF $100 WILL APPLY. We kindly ask that you choose this add-on when needed as it ensures that we stay on schedule and that every client gets the attention and results they deserve.
